I ORDERED a pair or white Nike Reax cross trainers, when the order arrived the right shoe was new and the left shoe was obviously worn, the isole was dirty and so was the bottom, I understand making a profit, this completely in ethical. I will never order their shoes again.

I visited the show show in Swainsboro GA, the manager was awful and wouldn't return shoes i havent even had 24 hours. When the day before i was told she would take them back if i didn't like them

I guess they can't find friendly people to work there who enjoy working with the public. No one offered to help with anything. Worst service/ hire better associates

Skeptical after reading some poor reviews but this store had a pair on Nike sneakers from 2018. Couldn't find my size anywhere else but here. I was trying to replace the same shoe that was worn out. I love them so I gave it a try and the shoes arrived in 3 days. I was given a tracking number to follow also. The email was in my junk mail though. Shoes are the correct size and there was a form included had I wanted to return them. I would most definitely buy from here again.

Will never order from them again! Paid for 2 day shipping I have no way of tracking my package couldnt get through to the phone number provided left a message never got a call back. I emailed the customer service somebody emailed me back saying the package is out for delivery today. No apologies no offer to refund my 2 day shipping after going on 4 days! Hopefully I will even receive the shoes I paid 160 for. I don't recommend buying online from this store

This company is a scam! My order never arrive. Its been over 3 months! Do not buy anything from them!

I bought a new pair of Nike sneakers from Shoe Show (online). The price was great, shipping was free and they arrived in just 2 days! If only all footwear retailers were this good!

Order never arrived and they claimed that sending a replacement is a liability and refused service.

Only stock smaller shoe sizes. Larger sizes must be ordered and sent via snail mail. If the USPS botches the delivery they refuse to sell to you. Upon saying something their customer services decides to argue about it and demand I find some one else to help me because it is a liability for them to give me what I paid for. I will never shop at their local store or attempt to order anything from them because of this.

The manager followed me everywhere I went in the store. She made me uncomfortable. The younger girl with glasses was rude and wouldn't help me. I will never go back and neither will anyone else I know. I actually wouldn't give them a star.

After I ordered I seen the reviews and I panicked, so I called them and Stacy re assured me that all was good. The next day I recived an email with tracking information and recived my package quickly. Thank you Shoe Show.

My second order on this site, love this site, great customer service,would order again free shipping best prices.
